Strategies in Satellite Ground Segment (SSGS) – the unique conference dedicated exclusively to this critical element of the satellite and space industry – returns to London from 8-9 October 2025 at the Park Plaza Victoria.
Following the inaugural event in 2024, this year’s SSGS Conference will dive into the dynamic world of ground segment featuring leading speakers from across the industry on topics including:
- Resilient ground segment: the critical backbone for military space superiority.
- Planning and implementing gov/mil operational secure satellite ground segment solutions for advanced capabilities.
- Ground game 2.0: strategies for teleport, earth station and data centre services in a digitally driven, multi-orbit era.

During the two-day conference, SIG is co-hosting a workshop with GSOA on ‘Flat Panel Antennas – Industry Progress, Challenges, and Pathways to Sustainable Ground Infrastructure’ on 9th October.
The workshop will highlight recent progress and provide an opportunity to hear from satellite operators, equipment manufacturers, and regulatory bodies, with a focus on sustainability and standardised testing.
